Biography

Misi is the senior consultant of agile consultancy company Agilab. He promotes collaborating teams, adapting organizations, and corporate cultures where fun, creativity and ever higher customer satisfaction are the rewards of team effort.

Misi trains and coaches the implementation of agile methodologies, with an edge for the classic teachings. Often he is directly involved with the pilot and implementation teams, helps finding sustainable ways to deliver & execute.

Mihály started to work as a SW developer at CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) in Genf at the beginning of his career. Later he continued his work in Hungary as an IT transfer project coordinator. Meanwhile acquainted with the agility and participated in agility training sessions. Afterwards he was working as a Product Owner in several countries and beside the Agile initiation he was teaching Software Craftsmanship for developers. He gained considerable experiences through the implementation of agile organizational transitions at multinational companies.
