Biography

Csilla was working as a Process Manager after the university for a year. She realized that processes can be more efficient and powerful, if she finds the roots of the problems, and than optimize the current workflows and resources for preferable results. Csilla believes that establish a new way of thinking is the most difficult and most rewarding mission in all levels of the companies.

As a Scrum Master at Agilab she supports management and software development teams in continuous improvement, and highlights opportunities to find the right way for better performance. She thinks that Agile can help to achieve the set goals with its unique and innovative mode.
