Biography

Tamas was working as a software developer after the university for six years. He has experience in different programming languages and technologies. Basically he likes to get a deep knowledge about the problem to solve. He thinks the real challenge is not to write code but to find the proper solution algorithm and technique.

Tamas works as an agile project manager for Agilab and uses his experience in software architecture, development and planning. This knowledge helps to get IT and business closer together, to understand each others goals and purposes. The mediation approach is always a good method to meet the target.
