BiographyTamás worked for years as a traditional IT project manager, involved in various development projects. During this time he started to interest in agile methodologies, which he started to learn and practise in a self-educated way and now at Agilab he deepens this knowledge.
Technology, culture, and community are his main interests. He pays attention to them individually and also to how they influence each other. The team and the joint work are very important to him, to take advantage of people’s collective knowledge and to learn from each other. He thinks that as a Scrum Master he can create and help teams that are really capable of producing innovative and valuable things.
